1a.
Our current payment rates for the dutching and place horse are:
We currently pay a flat rate royalty of £30.00 on all sign-ups created. For
subsequent monthly renewals we pay a flat rate royalty of £20.00.
For example an initial join-up referral from you would generate an
initial £30.00 payment and if the client continued to subscribe to
our service for a further 6 months you would receive a further
£120.00 (£20.00 x 6 months) from the referral.
Therefore on our charging plan for 2008-2009 the payments will be as
follows:
-
£30 per Subscriber initial referral/membership fee
-
£20 per month for each subsequent renewal
The
above rate is based on the current subscription prices. If in the future we increase these
prices, we expect to increase your payments accordingly.
1b. Our current payment rates for the
pay as you win are:

How do I become an affiliate?
Sandform affiliates can be accepted immediately. To apply, click here and fill in the required detail. However, you
must have an operating racing related web site.
Once
you have created your first subscriptions you need to send an email to affiliates@sandform.com stating your name, address, site and to
whom you wish your sign-up royalties to be paid. You must
use your link ID for all hyperlinks to the Sandform site in order for your referrals to be recorded correctly.
3.
How often do the banners change?
The
all-weather season starts to build in October each year and
most sign-ups are generated from mid October through to Mid
February. We ensure we have new banners available at the start
of October and tend to run these through the season. We may add
a few to our library during the year as a result of specific requests
from affiliates.
4.
Can I call the ads from your site?
No, we do not offer ad serving at present.
5.
How and when will I be paid?
We
operate the payments on a calendar month basis. Usually the
calculations of payment will be made within two days of the month
end. We pay promptly by cheque and provide a self billing
invoice. We will not make you wait months
for your payment.
Your reporting is available online
through your affiliate account 24 hours a day.
*If
a subscriber has indicated they will pay by cheque, but we have not
received the payment in the calendar month, we record the sale, but
defer your payment until we have received our monies.
6.
What reporting do I get?
Please
see 5.
7.
Is your service seasonal?
No, there is now All-Weather racing
throughout the year, in both the Uk and Ireland.
8.
Do I have to sign anything?
At
present we do not ask for you to sign any contracts. We are
aiming to keep sales to the maximum and paperwork to the minimum.
9.
How do you track people I refer to Sandform?
Your
link ID will take your customers to an alternative Sandform.com
bounce page which will record the click-though in your account via a
cookie. We are then able to track your customer through the
purchase process and record a fee to yourself when we have payment.
You may also see the amount of clickthroughs and signups you have
generated by visiting your personalised statistics pages.
10.
How long do the cookies last?
Cookies
last 30 days.
11.
Why should I trust Sandform?
Our
model of doing business is based on driving revenue through our
affiliates. We simply do not have the time to devote to sales
acquisition. Therefore we need our affiliates to be successful -
we believe we have a great product and have priced our services in
order to be able to offer meaningful royalty to our affiliates.
We understand that a loyal group of affiliates are the lifeblood to
our business, so paying them a good fee for their hard work within a
few days of the month end is an imperative.
12.
How do I cancel my affiliation with Sandform.com?
Simply
send us an email.
13.
Do you operate a two tier programme?
We
do not operate two tier programmes. We will only entertain the
sign up of third party sites if there is a clear revenue generation
stream.
14.
Can I buy clicks through to Sandform?
If
you wish to set up any sort of pay-per-click accounts with the
directories and search engines you may do so. However,
Sandform will not be held responsible for any debts you run up
in doing so.
15.
How many sign ups can I expect?
From
experience, the time of year has a great effect on the conversion rate
of click-throughs to subscriptions. During mid-October through
to mid-February we expect a minimum of 2% conversion. This can
go as high as 20% from good newsletter targeting.
